It is here where all of the detective work for the city is handled and its villains contained until a relocation order for a more suitable place is arranged. |

Thrawn Park Thrawn Park is the place where the vast majority of Blüdhaven’s businesses exist. Everything that a person could ever need can be found within the confines of this small place and it is for this reason that a large portion of the city’s crime takes place here. The fact that it is composed of a compact space of tall, dark buildings does not assist in detouring this. |

RABE Memorial Hospital On the eastern most end of Blüdhaven exists RABE Memorial Hospital, a place of hope and innocence. It is here where every person is taken upon injury, though the medical care is mediocre at best. |

Shipping Center If one were to travel to the outermost stretches of this portion of town they would find themselves stranded in an area dense with the scent of rotting wood and the stale sea. Having failed at converting to a shipping town nearly two decades ago, nothing is left of this portion of the city except for abandoned warehouses and half sunk ships. |
