On June 20th, 2016 an alien race known as the Reach attempted to destroy the Earth with several dozen Magnetic Field Disruptors. The heroes of the planet defeated these villains and saved the world as they had done many times before, but victory came at a bitter price. While the name Kid Flash became synonymous with that of a hero Wallace Rudolph West - the young man behind the mask - left his best friend, comrades, and family to mourn his death. But what if he had not died? On June 18th, 2021 at 13:48 UTC the National Weather Service reported an unexplained blue-white light in the North Magnetic Pole which was quickly written off as a Northern Light abnormality. On June 18th, 2021 at 13: 50 UTC Wallace Rudolph West’s communicator resumed online activity in both the Watch Tower and Batman’s Central Communication System after one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five [1,825] days of silence. On June 18th, 2021 at 13:52 UTC Richard Grayson or Nightwing arrived at the North Magnetic Pole to discover the body of Wallace Rudolph West lying in the frozen tundra. The young man’s heart was active and his breathing considered normal; he appeared twenty-six. On June 18th, 2021 at 23:16 UTC Vandal Savage began his journey back to Earth from Apokolips in the Warworld alongside his allies Darkseid and Desaad. His intentions for the planet remain unknown, but all of the pieces to his plan have fallen into their proper places. Heroes Never Die is an alternative universe Young Justice role play which began approximately five years after the events of the episode “Endgame” upon its opening; all information remains canon up until July 5th, 2016 and will continue as though this were a third season to the series.
